For the past 15 years, Sunshine has been working in communication design for government organisations, charities, startups and businesses. Her inspiration to help others to stay safe comes from her mother falling victim to multiple scams over the years.
Jacob has over a decade of experience in web design and online education, and is currently coordinating the Wangaratta Digital Hub - teaching the wider community about online safety and digital skills. The wakeup call to help people fight scams came when both of Jacob's grandfathers came close to being scammed within a week of each other.
Kicked into gear to help as many as possible, we developed ScamSafety - an easy low-tech approach to reach more people and keep them safe.
